The Chandelier Of Lost Earrings

Sharon is an artist based in Manchester at Rogue studios, working in the fields of contemporary visual art, social engagement and architectural glass design.
She is Co-creator of the Award winning art project, The Chandelier of Lost Earrings.

Sharon works with community groups, the public and too commission, creating visual artworks through shared and individual narratives, the process being reflected back within the art work to those involved, creating a connection which resonates with the viewer.

Themes are of the ‘familiar’ everyday ideas, notions or objects which are recognized by the participants and the viewer, drawing them into the process and artwork.

Sharon is currently working in collaboration with Rachel Ramchurn, local Surestart and primary schools, developing an interactive sculpture and a spoken word performance based on the precious value of everyday found and kept treasures.
