CALL OUT FOR VOLUNTEERS

In December 2015 Curated Place return with the Enlighten Festival showcasing light, sound and public art in and around the outstandingly renovated Manchester Central Library and in The Bridgewater Hall.

Building on the success of last year’s Enlighten pilot project in Piccadilly Gardens, this year we are bigger and bolder, working with our city-wide partners to celebrate UNESCO’s International Year of Light through a programme of work presented across three nights.

To deliver this ambitious festival we need help…your help.

Numerous volunteering opportunities are available all of which will give you the chance to learn from one of Manchester’s most ambitious arts organisations.

Read more about how you can get involved by downloading the opportunity briefs:

• Stewarding volunteer brief
• Artist’s Assistant volunteer brief
• Production Assistant volunteer brief

What do you get out of volunteering?

Of course we couldn’t possibly deliver a world-class festival without the support of a solid volunteer team.

Volunteers receive:
• Induction and Training
• Support from the Volunteer Coordination team
• Enlighten Festival branded kit
• The chances to meet, work and socialise with international artists and other volunteers
• A certificate of appreciation and a letter of reference, if required

To apply please fill out the application form (deadline 13th November 2015): Volunteer Application Form
